Hygiene is paramount in all catering and kitchen environments, but that doesn’t mean you need to forfeit style or compromise your staff uniforms. Our traditional chef’s skull cap is available in eight colours and can be supplied blank or customised with your logo. The cap features an elasticated back, a flat top and an crease resistant finish.
The cap is available in plain colours, or woven stripes. All plain coloured caps are made from a 65/35% Polyester Cotton twill, while the striped caps are woven and made from 100% cotton.
We recommend washing blank items at 85°C for industrial washing, 60°C for domestic washing. Printed and embroidered hats should be washed at a lower temperature.

Nearly all of our garments can be personalised with your logo or text, either with embroidery or print. You can order online, using the ‘add your logo’ option above, or you get a quote from our experts who will guide you through the process.
To add your logo to a garment costs £3.99 (+VAT) per item. This price includes a printed or embroidered logo.
All standard embroidered logos must be under 14cm wide, and contain no more than 8000 stitches. If you would like your logo embroidered at a specific size please let us know when ordering, if this is above the stitch limit we will let you know.
We will always email you a digital proof of how your garments will look before production. If you are not happy with the design, we will work with you to change it until you are.
