COVID-19 Update (June 2020)
We are currently dispatching all orders, and providing the full personalisation service for embroidered and printed garments. Due to the new safety measures to protect our colleagues, we are however working to a longer lead time than usual. As a guide, all blank items are taking 5-7 days on value delivery, and 2-3 days on express delivery, and personalised items 10-14 days from a confirmed design. We have temporarily suspended our next day delivery option.

We offer a number of delivery options so that you can get the best value, and have your products when you need them. If you need your order by a specific date please let us know and we can work with you to achieve this.

Value Delivery – £3.99
Our value delivery is ideal if you are not in a hurry for your items. Estimated delivery time is 5-7 days from order. Please note these are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Express Delivery (Blank Items) – £7.99
Our standard delivery is made by tracked courier. Estimated delivery time is 2-3 days from order. Please note these are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Next Day Delivery (Blank Items) – £9.99
Blank items can be delivered next day when ordered before 4pm Monday to Thursday. Orders placed after 4pm on Thursday will not be delivered until the following Monday. Orders placed after 4pm on Friday will not be delivered until the following Tuesday.
Collection – Free
If you are local to us you can arrange to collect your order. We are open 9-5pm Monday to Friday. We will contact you when your order is available for collection.
Items that are not personalised and are purchased from our online range can be returned. To return your items you must notify us within 14 days, and return the items no later than 14 days after this. If we have not received your items within 28 days of receipt, we will not be able to authorise a refund. Items must be returned in their original packaging, unworn and unlaundered. Once received, a full refund (except delivery charges) will be issued within 14 days. It is the buyer’s responsibility to pay for the return postage and packaging unless the item is deemed faulty by us. As a trade supplier we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 10% to cover our administrative costs on any returns.
Personalised items are not eligible for returns or refunds. If the buyer deems that the items they have received are faulty they must notify us within 3 days of delivery and then return them to us for inspection. We will then either replace or refund the items within our discretion. If the item is faulty we will refund any postage charges, however if we deem that the item is not we will not refund or replace the item or any postage charges associated with its return.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
