How to order plain garments

Garments without personalisation can be ordered online. Select your product type, colour, size and adjust quantity. Using our one page checkout, enter payment details, select delivery option and await delivery of your order.

Next day delivery for unbranded products is available with orders placed before 3pm.

How to add your logo on clothing

Adding your logo on clothing is very simple. All orders with personalisation receive a design mock up for approval before production.

You can upload your logo when placing an order online, simply choose product colour, check the ‘Personalise with your logo – £2.99’ box and adjust quantity and add to basket. During the next stage you will be to upload your logo before checkout.

How to get a quote

Using our simple online quote form, enter your details as requested and ensure you upload logo or personalisation details. So that we can provide accurate quotations, please ensure you provide as much detail as possible.

Once you submit your quote request our aim is to respond with a detailed quotation within 24 hours (Normally within 2-3 hours)

How to login to your account

Your online account will allow you to view ‘Recent Quotes’ and ‘Recent Orders’ whilst the ability to change billing and delivery addresses. Simply click on ‘My Account’ and login with your email address and password. Within ‘My Account’ you can also place repeat orders.

How do I pay for my order

We have various options to pay for your order.

Option 1 ‘Pay Online’ – Using secure payment processor BRAINTREE Merchant services. You can make payment with Credit card, Debit card, Paypal or Apple Pay.

Option 2 ‘Telephone’ – Place your order online, checkout as normal then select to make payment by telephone.Call us with order reference on 0191 2525028 to make payment via credit or debit card over telephone.

Option 3 ‘BACS’ – Place your order online, checkout as normal then select to make payment by BACS. Use your order number as reference when transferring funds.

Option 4 ‘Purchase Order’ – Authorised account holders only. Please contact accounts team to complete application.

Value Added Tax (VAT) 20%

VAT (Value Added Tax) at current rate of 20% is applied to all orders. Some products may be Zero Rated and exempt from this tax.

Will I get tracking details for my order?

We use Royal Mail Tracked and Interlink Express (DPD).

Royal Mail 24 and 48 Tracked – Also known as track and trace, this service will be scanned at various stages of the delivery process. A signature will be required at time of delivery.

DPD – Our fully tracked ‘Next Day’ service comes with an industry leading one hour delivery window, with notification by SMS and email, so you do not to wait around all day waiting for your order. A signature is required for this service.

All personalised orders are sent using the DPD courier service.
